SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time We take great care in preparing every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days.

• Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to shipping carriers or events outside of our control.

3. Fragile Product Handling Our veggie chips are delicate, artisanal products. While we use reinforced protective packaging, please be aware that due to the crispy and light nature of the product, minor breakage may occur during transit.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damaged Items If your order arrives severely damaged or the packaging is compromised, please contact us at info@myveggiechips.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the parcel and the damaged products so we can assist you promptly.
